Our Story
It Started With a Question
Freeman Tales was born out of a simple but relentless question: What else is in here? After years of sitting in church pews, reading the familiar passages, and singing the well-worn hymns, something stirred — a hunger to go deeper, to pull back the curtain on the stories that shaped civilization and peer into the profound layers most surface-level readings miss entirely.
Freeman Tales exists to change that. Not by replacing the church or the pulpit — but by going to the places sermons rarely reach: the Seraphim crying “Holy” before an unimaginable throne, the precise meaning of Yahweh on Moses’ lips at the burning bush, the forensic evidence for an empty tomb, the mysterious texts that the early church wrestled with and sometimes excluded. These are the places where faith becomes awe, and awe becomes a deeper, sturdier faith.
